Y'know, it really pisses me off that this guy is currently irrelevant regarding fighting because he fights less than once per year, yet always comes out of the woodwork whenever Pacquiao has another megafight to try to ride Pacquiao's coat-tails with some free publicity like when he announced the Marquez comeback fight during a Pacquiao build-up.

He must be quite desperate for attention to have more charges just in a sad attempt to grab some of Pacquiao's limelight!
