Even the author is full of cow pie with his opening paragraph.

I'm not so sure about reverse psychology, but I think Roach knows he needs to say certain things to build up interest for some fights and this is another prime example. I guess the hype begins now.

Manny Pacquiao Vs A stuffed Animal

Freddie Roach says 'We can't take this opponant lightly, those stuffed animals are very dangerous. They have you belive that their cute and cuddley and a childs best friend, but believe me Manny is going to have to be in top form to beat this guy.'

    My question would be

Why fight marquez now, after he's aged a bit been through more tough fights including a humilation from mayweather, when you could have done this years ago when marquez was still prime?

Bingo! Given Mannny's linguistic limitations and his mild personality, Freddie has long played the role of the mouth in fight promotion.
