I am not a big fan of Khan, but it's only good for us boxing fan's all the under card fight's? yes a bit of good new's.![]()
Khan should handle Peterson I think and I do believe he needs to move up to 147 now. Who would he face though? I remember reading a while ago maybe Hatton, I really hope that fight doesn't happen.
It's a shame he isn't fighting Bradley at 140 if the fight happens at welterweight i think Khan will just be too big for it to be competitive. At 147 i am guessing he should fight Viacheslav Senchenko for the WBA strap and a little bargaining power should he face Mayweather. The fight against Matthew Hatton would make a lot of money and be an easy first fight at 147 for Khan, but really who wants to see the first fight for Khan back in the UK being such a walkover. Khan is just too fast, and technically proficient for Matthew and unfortunately i can see it happening, before facing the trickier Senchenko. That would mean the 3rd fight could be against Mayweather or Pacquiao. Personally i would like to see Khan fight Bradley and Morales and clean up at 140 before moving up.
hang on - does this mean they are free on Sky too and not Box Office ??
Seem to remember Sky saying they were done with ppv boxing for the time being
in which case this is good news !
Don't bully fat kids - they've got enough on their plate
you speak as if you have inside info ??
what do you mean by that

I would love the Bradley fight at 140, but it won't happen. Far too risky for Bradley who will wait to fight Mayweather or Pac for a big pay cheque IMO. He will get more from losing to mayweather or Pac then losing to khan. It's a shame the fight won't ever happen at 140 and it would make sense for them both to fight at 147.
Khan won't fight morales and I'm sure he will move up after this. Both Bradley and Khan are chasing the Mayweather or Pac showdown so it would make sense for them to get it sometime in 2012.
Can't be botherd with Khan - Hatton though, it would be a beatdown. Khan needs to have a tough 147 debut IMO. He needs big fights after Peterson, with names that will shine on his record and cement his future potential legacy.
I do wonder where Maidana will fit into all of this, I would love to see him in the 147 mix.
Oddly enough both Khan and Pac man want to fight Floyd next year, who will get there first.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
None of this is relevant to me. I live on the wrong side of the hill in deepest darkest Wales so I can't get sky. Or Primetime. Or boxnation. Or ESPN. Everything should go back to channels 1-5, cause I can't even get ITV4.
Of course every body want to fight with him to get millions Mayweather will destroy Khan for sure ,Pac would be more difficult but I would bet on Mayweather.
Will be easier to see Khan fighting Mayweather ,but if he fights with real opponents will be eliminated before getting the opportunity, dirty hands managing boxing nowadays may continue getting easy oponents to Khan ,until the buble blows out.
I'm glad this news has come out as I am paying for sky sports and I thought it was terrible setting up boxnation just for Frank warren and his mates to make more money!!!
Dont really like having to pay for more channels but just watched the press conference for Dec 9th show with Degale and Groves both fighting and Warren says having Boxnation means he can keep fighters busier. If that's true and he continues to do this then i don't mind paying for it. By having his own channel he is not so restricted to dates and doesn't have to share the allocated shows with other promoters as he did at sky just has to schedule his fights as and when he wants and just worry about competition from other sporting events clashing.
If he puts on as many live shows as he says he will then it's worth it.
