What would've happened if they fought in 1993 like they were supposed to?

I don't know why this didn't happen ... Bowe could've beaten Lewis at that time, he was more developed as a fighter and seemed to be in his prime while Lennox was still growing and maturing as a boxer.

I know Bowe's camp initially started off trying to negotiate a 90-10 split, which was completely ridiculous, but talks ended with a 75-25 split on the table.

Bowe could've settled the score from the Olympics and gotten a big time name on his resume. Would've probably been worth it in hindsight for him since he lost to Holyfield 2 fights later

That is simply false. There was never any argument over purse. Lewis became Bowes mandatory for the WBC title and Newman wanted nothing to do with Lewis as he was a threat to the money train plans that he had. As a result and also Bowes nightmares about Lewis they decided to allow themselves to be stripped and then later planned the prop of having Bowe throw the title in the garbage can. Newmans plan was that since Bowe beat Holy for3 of the 4 belts that he would still be considered undisputed champion and never have to fight Lewis. It worked for a time beating up has beens like Dokes and Ferguson and then he met Holy again.

They wanted nothing to do with Lewis and for good reason.

If people wanted a "big heavyweight that fought on the inside" look no further than Riddick Bowe.....quite the long career he had wasn't it? Pretty much finished by age 25. Lennox Lewis the "Pugilist Specialist" had 10 more successful years of boxing under his belt....probably because he didn't fuck about on the inside and he was smart enough to use his height & reach to his advantage
