Not Nice... If you read the comments on youtube some people are even labeling him a murderer as the fight was waved off then he landed a big punch , heat of the moment IMO and you can't put it on the other fighter like that.
Looked a brutal scrap tho so who knows at what stage the damage was done.
RIP the kid x

The damage was done well before those last couple of punches. He was acting strangely prior to that and you can see he has a serious problem.
The poor kid kind of paws at the back of his head a few seconds before he inexplicably walks back and leans on the ropes as if he thinks the fight or round is over. He is clearly badly hurt and in real trouble before those final punches.
Really sad to see, but almost as sad to see people calling the other guy a murderer. He probably feels fuckin' terrible about what's happened as it is without that shit.
My heart goes out to both of them.

Thats really tragic. 17 is too young to go and more so too young for parents to bury a son. RIP.

To much to soon. 17 years old and only in his 6th pro fight and he's already in a 8 rounder? I don't know.
It's fucked up he died. But by no means do I think the other fighter or even the ref are to blame

Things like this show how pathetic "fans" are that call fighters cowards and pussies and what not. There was NOTHING out of the ordinary or overly brutal about that ending. Pac's loss to Marquez looked more horrific, just the weekend gone Dallas against Matthysse was worse.
But there you go, a young fighter, that had he ever got any good, would've been without doubt called a "coward" if he didn't fight the man the "fans" wanted.
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
RIP to this kid.
It's sad to say, but it kinda takes something like this to happen to make people realize just how dangerous this sport really is. Every time these guys step into the ring, they leave a piece of themselves there and risk death and severe bodily harm.
It's a hard way to make a living and like mentioned above, anyone with the guts to step in the ring deserves some respect.
The human skull and cerebral spinal fluid was meant to protect the brain from sudden movements and minor hits, it wasn't made to withstand the blows you take in a boxing ring.
