Default Best, most realistic movie fight scenes

I'm a fan of martial arts, but do not like fight scenes that incorporate superhuman leaps and mid-air suspension. I like good old fashioned skill vs. skill fights. If it's a boxing film, I prefer the actors at least display some semblance of boxing skill. Thus, I'm not a big fan of Rocky fight scenes.

I love all the Bruce Lee films, and I also love many of Jet Li's fight scenes (Lethal Weapon 4, Kiss of the Dragon). Jason Statham has some pretty fight scenes also.

But my favorite fight scenes in recent memory are those from the Jason Bourne movies. The fight with the German operative in the guy's house is damn good. So was the one with the Arab guy in Morocco. Good, realistic fight scenes with great camera work and a lot of excitement. Not to mention the fact that I just love the movies themselves.

What other movie fight scenes follow this pattern?

It's funny cuz my friend and I tend to talk about fight scenes when we're hanging out drinking...

My personal favorite is this one... Keep in mind it's Jackie Chan so he always throws in comedy but if you take that away and just take the fight alone. It's fucken fast paced and just a good fight overall.

    Hello:

I'm drawing a blank at the moment, but I know there are a few.

By default, a movie (or tv show) fight scene is out to entertain you... the fights are long and drawn out to play up the suspense/drama. Even Bruce Lee/Jet Li/Jackie Chan fight scenes are 'not good' given this definition.

An example is almost any knife 'fight' fight scene... realistic knife encounters generally are one-sided, BG has the know, you the good guy don't. In the movies, both are armed with a knife and go at it.
