    Dont even think it.

We need to stay out of it.

We got to many enemies now and they'll all have a shot with the other if we take a few hits. Fuck em if they have one shot at us Nuke em first and laser shot into their own nukes as they lift off. (We can do that right ?)

Shit we got China moving on old territory and Russia moving on old territory .

You ever get the feeling its a secret tag team event
(I dont know if they even talk with each other)

They sure are doing the same thing though, moving in, so if we save one do we save the other? Japan has been with us for a long time now.

Russia is the only country with the balls and unification to do anything about it. The EU probably has the resolve but not the solidarity that mother Russia has.

I think Russia will likely take back the Ukraine amongst huge protests simply because there is large support for it. Kind of likethe beginnings of a Novaya Russia or second Soviet Union lol

However there is a possibility that the Ukraine might be partitioned however I think such a division would not come bloodlessly.

Civil war is looking more certain either way now.

I would like Russia and Europe and Ukraine to be able to reach a peaceful and mutual resolution if possible.

    UN is completely useless.

US should and likely will stay right out of it.

Basically the Americans decided to instigate a coup in a democratically elected country and Russia has stepped in to defend its ports and bases and considering Crimea is basically Russian, have decided to step into that area. Most of the troops were seemingly already in the region.

America is getting all huffy and puffy, is threatening sanctions, banning from G8 etc. Yet such hypocrisy! America drones around the world, invades countries way beyond it's own borders in areas nothing to do with it, provokes regime change at will and supports tyranny. Now where were their sanctions as Iraq was completely insane as compared with this where Putin makes sense.

Imagine Russia starting an anti US coup in Canada. Obama is off his head and being a bully.

It's raining today....and well I think there's no other rational explanation than to blame America.

miles, I would just like to remind you Communism/Socialism have massacred more people than America could ever even attempt to. Also they did it on purpose....so look in the mirror....and blame your self and those who think like you because YOU GUYS are the problem not us.

The Holodomor (or "Hunger-extermination") in Ukraine plotted by YOUR BOY Josef Stalin killed off an estimated 2.4-7.5 MILLION PEOPLE......that's people who think like YOU miles....people who think in the lefty, liberal, commie way like you thing STARVED PEOPLE TO DEATH.

But you were complaining you ignorant twat

Stop trying to label me as a communist. I am not a communist, I am a political atheist with views that are on both sides of the fence according to MY OWN rationality. Sometimes left, sometimes a bit too similar to you.

How many dead as caused by yourselves or the Soviets is not the issue here. Ukraine today is the issue and America has provoked Russia and Russia is defending its interests. Wouldn't America do the same in an act of provocation?

You almost sound like you are supporting Obama here and you shouldn't be.

No, I have strong views, stronger than many and what that means is that some of them are on the left and some on the right. Heck take gun law, that is something I am now on your side over. I'm quite libertarian, but I do have my old fashioned thing for dedristributed taxes and education for all. An equal start for all and if you waste it, then tough cookies. Not being a pussy, just a man with character.

All that simple left and right divide stuff is so phony. One cannot only be that. A true thinker sees different ways to think about different things and some are left and some a right. I can always take sides. I am programmed that way.

#1 You are NOT a Libertarian
#2 Libertarians are not against education for all and equal starts for all...but you've worded your response in a manner that assumes they are therefore I won't even pretend to think you have grasped the core Libertarian principles.
#3 The left-right divide is not phony, it is quite real and if you're not on "The Right Side" you're on the wrong side, and my friend, YOU are on the wrong side.

Whether I am on your side is not the point, or any side for that matter. I am my own mix of what I think is appropriate.

    1. Libertarian for me means the right to shoot a gun, to own my land and not be bothered by anyone, to have freedom meaning I do what I want as long as I hurt nobody else.

    2. The left right divide is very phony. Most are in it together. Cronyists. I choose to take only what is good from what I hear and that alone. That is libertarian. It's typically the path to be opressed less.

3.An equal start for all should be under any system which wants the best to rise up from fair beginnings.

Ukraine probably splits up. Russia will grab the eastern part and the western part will have a pro-Euopean government. Expect to see staged demonstrations in eastern cities over the next few weeks. A bunch of people waving Russian flags in the main square and asking Putin to send troops to protect them from the western criminals.

Probably a bit of military fisticuffs between Russian and Ukrainian forces but it shouldn't escalate too much. The west definitely won't get involved militarily. Some fairly ineffective sanctions which will be quietly dropped in return for Russian support over other issues a few years down the line when everybodys' forgotten about the Ukraine.
