How should Alvarado approach the living legend Marquez?

Should he be himself and just fight or should he try that cute boxing shit he's been trying to do lately..

Personally, I dont think he should even attempt to box with the master boxer.. he should take the fight to marquez and make him feel his age..

I think Marquez wants Alvarado to come to him. He can lay back, not use his legs, and counter with hard punches. Fighting that way doesn't take a whole lot of energy and Marquez is an excellent counter-puncher. If Alvarado comes to him, Marquez will be able to set his feet and walk him into hard punches.
If Alvarado makes Marquez come after him, Marquez has to use his legs more and work harder to land clean punches.
I wish Marquez had retired after the last Pac fight. He has already lost to one guy that he shouldn't have, and he will get old in the ring, real old, at some point. I was afraid that the same thing would happen to Ricardo Lopez and am eternally thankful that he chose to retire before it happened to him.

Does anyone expect Alvarado to change, he has to do what he knows how to do. He is not going to turn into a combination throwing speedball. He has a big problem on his hands with Marquez in my opinion, probably the best boxer he has faced.

Damn, I didn't even know this was taking place. I love Alvarado and would love to see him beat Marquez. He's going to have to mix it up. Perhaps we will see a rejuvenated Marquez but I hope he slows down even more so I can see my boy Mile High beat that ugly Mexican. Alvarado was always a straight forward banger type but then he started boxing in the second rios fight and did the same with Provodnikov..

He needs to go back to his roots against marquez.
