I was at the Rose v Rushton fight in Blackpool that night for SecondsOut. I was in the changing room interviewing Brian when the news about Jason came through and straight away you could see the concern.

I also interviewed in the lead up to the Maxwell fight and Brian said he was fine and unaffected by what had happened, which later wasn't the case.

Brian is a nice lad and I am glad he has got this shot but feel he is up against it
