Castillo and Mickey Ward adding up to JCC looks to be your best one.

Doubt they could hit him. But, maybe. Spinks was certainly more accomplished at heavyweight than Roy ever was.
Foster had a go at heavy, and was very brave to do so, but got battered by Ali and Frazier.
