    Default Heroic "Tex" Cobb

Yes, he was a drunk, an alleged coke head, and a deadbeat Dad.

But, one night he saved his friend and boxing writer from being beaten to death. Cobb suffered a broken arm in the process.

Some might say he had "Uncommon Valor" lol

    Here is the story:

Cobb was a one of a kind character. Not the greatest prizefighter ever, but nobody can accuse him being boring.

Yes he was very likable and extremely tough.

He did full contact karate as well n went the distance with their champion at the time.
