Default New Rules to save the sport of Boxing

    1. Fighters MUST throw 30 punches per round or lose one point for that round.

    2. Fighters cannot hold, grab, pull, lean on, push the head down on, or clinch their opponents for more than 30 seconds per round or lose one point for that round.

    3. Fighters cannot excessively run about the ring like a pansy excessively or they lose one point.

    4. Fighters can only be warned ONCE for elbows, low blows, rabbit punches etc before losing a point.

    5. The 3rd foul will result in TWO points being deducted.

    6. Fights will not be stopped when fighters wobble getting up from knockdowns.

    7. Referees will not favor a fighter or bow to a fighter's wishes in plain view of the whole world. If they do, fights will be officially protested afterwards and the results will be nullified. Those referees will pay a fine and be banned for one year.

    8. Fighters who are getting tagged but not going down will not have the fight stopped on them, but if the ref is afraid for their health (i.e. Groves/Froch 1) he MUST give the hurt fighter a standing 8.

    9. The 3 Knockdown rule is banished forever and ever.

    10. Ring Card Girls must be between the ages of 16 and 20, and naked.

    11. Blocking a punch results in a deduction of 2 points and if it happens again, you are automatically disqualified.

    12. You lose if you aren't bleeding at the end of the fight. If neither fighter is bleeding then it's a draw and both fighters are fined.

    13. No skill allowed. Throwing a jab will not only get you disqualified, but also put you into legal trouble for not throwing a hard enough punch.

I think they should make the gloves smaller for real so you get more one punch KO's like MMA.

It don't have to be MMA size but I think boxing should adopt those fuckin things Bruce Lee wore in Enter the Dragon. They look like small hockey gloves and let me tell you you'd knock a motherfucker out with those things, no more of these goddamn pillows

We may as well just go old school. Boxers must be tied together with a rope so they are never outside of punching distance.

    14. Fights will go on as long as necessary until one or both fighters have been KO'd.

    15. Both fighters' purses will be reduced 5% for each passing round that fails to result in a stoppage.

I think undefeated fighters should fight the heavy weight champ by law to retain p4p status.

I think unification fights should have all four fighters in the ring at once to see who comes out on top.

Any fighter who wins a title should be legally stripped of their assets

Any PPV fight that does not provide entertainment, decided by a vote by subscribers, and getting a majority, should be reimbursed for their money.

championship fights will be scheduled for 40 rounds or until a knockout.

cocaine and/or alcohol will be permitted in the corners between rounds ONLY, and not DURING rounds

(Amendment: cocaine is permitted ONLY DURING standing 8 counts.)

fighters get to be refreshed/jerked-off by ring card girls before a doctor can stop the fight (between rounds ONLY)
(I see absolutely nothing wrong with this, and I dont think it is illegal)

Don King has to referee one championship bout per year, naked

Flomos should declare their status and be banned form websites the week prior to the fight and a week afterward.

Every judge will be marched into the ring and has to read aloud his-her own scorecard..at this time Teddy Atlas will be ringside and provided numerous bucket of bricks to use as he deems necessary

If a doctor asks a fighter if he wants to continue and the fighters says 'no', that fighter has to fight one more round.
