Stab in the dark (washing machine)

Does anyone know if washing machine doors are universal?
Mine has broke off during wash and it's a rare model and was wondering before spending on anew door?

I've never heard nor seen a universal door. I think each company would want you buying their specific part. If it's a top loader you may have better options. Look up the make and model online.

Go on line I had parts for my freezer, my dish washer has a fault on the door, they have the parts and price list.

Get the specific model otherwise you will be wasting your money.

Most likely something on that door is proprietary. A latch or something insignificant thats part of the door and cant bee swapped out. Having said that you said it was old and rare so perhaps companies were not so anal back then and a switch with an older model of a different company is possible. No doubt the door is 500 bucks or something eh.

I'd phone every used furniture place within striking range of a car and if I couldn't score I'd get a new one or buy a machine that you can get used parts for in the future.

These ones don't breakdown.
