    Default Fighting again on saturday

Fight week is here and I can't wait, training has gone really well. I've got to 14 stone for this one and I weighed in 13 stone 13 yesterday. I've agreed to do four rounds with the lad for this fight, so it's going to be a good one. Hopefully end the year on a good note, I've got two fights sorted for February already too

It's the lad in the black shorts I'm fighting.

Use your jab and you will be alright mate. Staying busy before Christmas is a good thing.

You're absolutely sure it's the lad in black right?

Hands high, a bit of space between them....look to dig to the body and toss in an uppercut here and there.

The 1-2 should find a home if snapped off crisply.

A bit of a plodder this fella...if you get him moving backwards with your jab then it should be target practice.

Always looking for "jab jab right cross"...and if he doesn't finish with a left hook then he's out of defensive position.

Can over reach with and drop the jab at times...bodes well for your right cross

Seems like his biggest punch is the left hook.

Looks like he loves to load up on shots...pour the pressure on him, make him throw punches and he'll tire out.

Kind of halfway clubs and swats with his power. Nothing really crisp from him.

May want to attempt the Razor Rudduck "smash" after a jab given how this fella holds his hands. After digging to the body that should leave that uppercut/45 degree hook open to land.

He doesn't hold well. You should really bully this guy, he's trying to be a bully himself and he doesn't have the skill to back it up. Steam roll this son of a bitch!

3:11/3:14 he pushes out 2 jabs, and drops the hand both times RIGHT CROSS OVER THE TOP!!!

He's a bit lanky but in a Frank Bruno, Hasim Rahman kind of way. His hands are slowish, he doesn't move his head.

Don't let him back you up...you're the boss in there, you move HIM not the other way around.

He can get off balance easily.

He backs straight up (again RIGHT CROSS!!!)

Should be a good win for you Tam, train hard, work hard, do the business inside the ring mate!

Crap judging in that vid mate...I thought the fella in blue had it. He did the better work but he did not keep his efforts up.....learn from his mistakes and don't repeat them.

What is the bet that Tam will come back and say it was the one in the blue.

Really shouldn't matter to Tam at this point, he's in shape, he's working well, he's been in the ring a lot recently...he should own either of them providing he follows my gameplan.

Eventually I WILL expect a payment for my help....perhaps when Tam makes his US debut

I actually think Tam will lose. The guy has good technique and there is nothing I can see Tam doing to beat him. His best bet is to make a bet against himself and take a dive trying.

Cheers for that, training has gone well for this one and I'm ready for it. I think Martin Jackson was better than this guĊ· so I should be ok.

    Funny stuff .

He runs a tight ship at the start watch out.Make him turn and look for you catch him. Fein direction then plant him. His left arm comes down after a jab as he progresses into later rounds and it isnt from relaxing ,he starts to lead with a few rear shots in replacment, so you can time that later on too use that lazy arm like a runway to the chin or catch him mid way move in on him as you see him think it. He leans in slightly off balance when he is going for it and his legs go a touch wider to compensate, so when he is throwing power shots when your trapped in a corner; you cover go low and move in closer and lower but move towards his centerline and hit through his center line so he is off balance with the wider stance catch him in it, uppercut with full leg lift then keep moving forwards into him throwing bombs after him as he backs straight out.

Oh learn from the guy in blues mistakes too,he was a target in the corner did nothing but cover so got hit up and down open both sides.
You could act just like him , so black shorts opens up and does the same thing but you move forward and up from a coiled position and knock him off his feet, you could jump your whole weight right through him, his punch aim would be behind you then, close up on him, fuck him, dont let him have his own distance to throw what he wants like that in a corner.

Tam, the guy you're fighting is the typical "bully" he's a slugger (albeit an ineffective one judging from that video). Tag him good early on, be rough with him, let your hands go but keep your guard up. Don't be afraid to wrestle him a little, get a clinch turn him round to where his back is against the ropes and unleash hell on him...he won't take it well for one thing and the other thing is he won't be able to load up on his punches if he's getting backed up like that.

Also video of your last fight? I want to see this KO win!
