Simple, Holyfield beat Valuev but got robbed of the 5th Heavyweight Championship and Manny will beat May. Yes..........That's it.

Are you as confident of this as you were that Floyd would not fight Manny or "It's still happening and it's obvious"?
You can not make things up to suit your own personal preferences. Holyfield lost and did not get the decision. I hope you are right about Manny but I highly doubt that he will win.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Poor performance from Valuev granted.
Holyfield did land approximately 20 more "power punches" than Valuev.
However Valuev landed far more jabs and total punches.
None of Holyfield's shots, power or not, caused any significant problems for Valuev whatsoever.
Holyfield gave a good account of himself but did not really do enough to win.
A draw would not have been a farcial result but a Holyfield victory would have been questionable.
Moreover winning the title "x" amount of times serves as a totally useless statistic, basically meaning that the fighter in question LOST the title or retired x-1 times!

Haye fought the exact same fight and got the decision.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Max please David Haye only landed that left hook that wobbled the big oaf and that was about it I think we can say Holyfield probably landed more punches then haye but none of them actually wobbled value eV
Valuev landed 64 shots out of 390 for an accuracy of 16%
Haye landed 98 out 143 shots for an accuracy of 68.5%
Don't tell me Haye did not outbox Valuev.
And he even managed to "rock" the 320lb mountain who outweighed him by over 100lbs.
Guys who slam Haye for that performance are silly, there is no other way for fighters the size of Holyfield, Chagaev and Haye to have fought Valuev effectively than how they did it.

dude I wasn't comparing valueV and David Hayes punch output or percentage of punches landed. My point was that Evenger Holyfield definitely did enough to get the decision
Holyfield did land several more power punches than Valuev.
But Valuev landed about 60 more punches overall.
Bit of a grey area there but considering Holyfield's power punches would have had no greater effect on Valuev than his jab, I think that Valuev did enough to retain his title.
You can't grant Holyfield a 5th world title reign where he didn't really deserve it.

no I won't go so far as to grant him a fifth title that is absolutely sure
