Well, Ive been trying to eat better but I have been told that soft drinks/soda are a killer when trying to eat right so I was wondering if drinking tea would be alright or do I jsut need to stick with drinking water all the time?

From what I've heard tea is just fine, just try to not load it up with sugar. Apparently green tea is a big health fad these days, so maybe look into that.

yep , just like staying away eating chocolate bars you dont want to take in any more high GI sugar than you need or you put it on as fat , so if you have to drink soft drinks have them after you box a(ie a hard cardio workout) , and that way you can just fill up your muscle with carb again.Originally Posted by Michael A
