Anyone know the best way to fill a competitor of mines email with spam?

They have done a few underhand things including flat out theiving so would like to give them a headache of trawling through shit in their email.

I did this to a friend of mine. After I set it up it already said it had sent 24 emails. I haven't talked to him yet. He used to send me a bunch of stupid things. There is a way to shut it off. I figure I'll contact him next week, see what's going on and if he's reached the point of annoyance I'll shut it off.
