    Default Broner deserves some respect.

Like him or not he deserves quite a bit of respect.

He could have easily stayed at the lightweight divisions and dominated, hold all belts and stayed undefeated.

Instead he made the jump up in weights to a class he clearly isn't suited to and aimed for the big fights against bigger named opponents than he would have fought at lower weights.

It is refereshing to see someone look for the fights that we'd rather see, even if it puts them at a disadvantage. Especially considering how many fighters duck tough fights and fighters who are fed bums on their way to a world title shot nowadays.

So yeah, I don't like broner due to his attitude and I'm very happy he is losing fights, but credit where it's due he is aiming high and it's a nice change to see imho.

Broner was too lazy to make lightweight and greedy for the money at the higher weights which equals being a gatekeeper. How can anyone respect that? Browner is a Prat.

He's a big, strong guy with enormous talent, and he's also tough as nails.

That said he just seems to lack the extra gear where he can adjust and pull out the win. But he needs to be given credit for taking tough fights, Maidana and Porter were horrible matches for him stylistically but he freely took them, I think Maidana was even his choice against his promoter's wishes.

Hard to respect wasted talent because he is lazy outside the ring which has an effect in the ring. Plus he is an asshole. But I agree, so many fighters take the easy fights and he did search out challenges and that should be saluted.

Broner threw fuck-all for 45 seconds at a time, then locked his arms into PORTER like an octopus.
Broner is a lil' wanna-be gangstaboy who sucks Floyd's 3 inch cock each night with a smile.

Broners problem is not body weight. His problem is brain weight.

Yeah I think he's got the weight for WW for sure. And he's obviously got the power, judging by that left hook he landed in the 12th.

He has to figure out his winning style. When he was just standing in front of guys in that shell and letting them tee off, that's not a winning style. Even though he was winning, it was a cause for concern. Floyd, James Toney, Hopkins, Locche, and other guys who used the shell defence never did that shit. I knew Maidana was trouble for him because you just can't fight that way against a two handed bomber like that.

Agreed and that freakish wide stance of his. Not sure why he has not closed that some. Any side movement or lateral work nullifies it. Its all well and good when you are fighting in the 130's and outweighing your opponent by 20 pounds and in seek and destroy mode inching forward.

To get respect you have to give some, sorry but Broner is no class type of person he has some
boxing skills, but as life skills go ZERO.

I think he is too lazy to make that weight let alone dominate for any period of time

Broner couldn't even hang with Maidana...Erik Morales did, khan did better.

It's refreshing to see the bad guy lose.

Broner aims to disrespect his opponents, the very ones he can't beat.

Broner is such an asshole; if Mayorga could make weight he'd be the crowd favorite.
