I think Hoddle said that he believed in Karma, and that disabled people were paying the price for what they did in a previous life , or something like that . It was supposedly an "off the record" discussion with some prick of a reporter that overstepped the mark.
Hoddle may be a bit of a weirdo, but he shouldn't have lost his job over it, and England shouldn't have lost a potentially very good manager over it.
Typical English press, didn't give a shit about the sport, just about scandal. I think It's fair to say that the English national team has consistently gone backwards ever since.

Tyson Fury gave some views on a few things, the PC brigade came out in force tut tutting if you ask
your opinion and you give a honest one, people don't like it simple don't ask the question if you don't

Tyson himself admitted that he was uneducated and a bit backward. He then went on to claim that he is still a great role model for kids.

The only offended ones seems to be Tyson and his gang who threatened to break people's jaws and stamp on their heads for not agreeing that gay people and pedos are the same, and those who get their knickers in a twist when people point out that Jess Ennis has achieved a bit more than looking good with some slap and a dress on.

It's nothing to do with PC. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. If that opinion is disgustingly ignorant then people have a right to say so. If that upsets you, then you should at least educate yourself about why people think you are ignorant.

If you don't think Tyson has a problem with his tongue, you might be on the disrespectful side yourself. The thing is nobody/media cares what you or I think because we aren't the Heavyweight Champion.
There a plenty of people out there who think boxing is made up of dimwitted goons, money grubbing users, and sadists. Tyson Fury, the Heavyweight Champion, comes along and unsolicited garbage starts flowing out of his mouth, reinforcing many minds that boxing is made up of dimwits.
I can understand why many Brits are upset with Tyson and would like to punish him in some way. Do they want to punish him because they totally disagree with everything he says? No, they want to punish him because they don't want the rest of the world to think all Brits are dimwitted bigots and to teach him to get his mouth under control.
