What do you think happened to Wlad in the Fury fight? Why did he look so bad? Is he just old?

He didn't have a reach advantage for a change, consequently he had to be ultra negative due to his phobia of getting tagged.

I don't think that he was psyched up for it, he just was coasting until the last round he had the tiniest bit of fire.

He got bored and had not been pushed in a fight for years. Spots in Jennings but had all advantages and bit with Povetkin where he turned into half fire blanket-half Sambo wrestler. Say what you want about Fury but he has the whole looney mad man sloucher bit down and think he may of psyched Wlad out just a bit. He also brought confidence and using his size and skill as opponent that few have with Wlad.

    Old my ass.

He finally faced someone who posed a threat and wasn't scared of him..... so he lost his nerve.
I don't use the word "exposed" much, but I'll use it here.

Age. Too many tough training camps.

Also Fury's huge reach and defensive gameplan.

    Fury

The same thing would happen to Wilder and Joshua.

We will find out more in the rematch what went wrong for Wlad the first time. Was it age, lack of motivation, style of Fury...

No excuses this time, wlad knows what he will be facing and he has to take back the titles so must go for it.

Nobodys sure the fight will actually take place, the boxing establishment want Fury out of there PDQ and I'm not sure Vladimir has the nuts to carry on, having milked it for the last ten years and now being knackered. Fury will get seriously stuffed financially and left with nothing, sad but true.

Personally i would prefer Wlad to retire so Furry can move on to Wilder and AJ. There is plenty of money to be made yet.

I think age and someone who was finally big enough. Wlad has to knock Fury out and to do that he will have to eat a few and that hasn't gone so well in the past. Boxers don't usually get any better when they are grey in the temple region. Still, I kind of hope he manages it.

The boxing establishment? Questioning Vlads nuts? You realize the actual facts are Fury failed a test and pulled out with an injury right? Wlad was ready. Honestly it gets harder and harder to read boxing talk because you all push bullshit angles constantly. Take your f'n opinions out of it and speak on the facts FFS!

    On the money.

The other thing to note, as much as Team Klitschko tried, they couldn't get one over on the Fury's before the fight.

Team Fury tied Team Klit up in knots & would not accede to their demands or let them take the pee, the way they had done for years against other opponents.
