Law school is tougher than I thought!

Law School is tough. I feel swamped with reading and literature. What do I do? I never felt this overwhelmed since I started my Master's degree at the LSE.

I cannot quit, however.... too much pride and too much on the line. Plus, it is a blessing to have gotten in the way I have and how it works with my schedule. So many others have been refused.

Law is just having a good memory and applying the right law to the relevant situation.

Keep it simple because common sense applies.

Learn and revise in bite size areas.

If you appreciate and enjoy it then it is easier to take in.

Stop making excuses to start the porn.

You are moving ahead YK. It’s not supposed to be easy. There is a lot to learn with the law. Take it as the challenge it is and do the best you can. Make some friends see if you can get in some study groups, make it fun. Sounds like you have a good opportunity here in life, you gotta live the blues if you want to sing the blues and you know it don’t come easy.

If you quit law school I will come over there and teach you a lesson you will never forget. You took the LSAT and went through the application process so don't even think about quitting.

Consider it a needed investment to greener pastures. Time invested is time afforded, just not all at once . It's easy to be overwhelmed when first breeching a door, find your tempo stay calm cool collected and move forward. It's not 'work' so much as a journey. Plenty of time for stress and such down the road but how you approach tasks today will help determine the degree of much of that. Keep it in perspective. Right now somewhere there is a person actually studying Wal Mart employee manuals regarding the proper way to stock shelves and assemble in store displays but it's very much their step up point. YK, how is it going now? I know you say it’s difficult but do you find studying law interesting? I think that’s the main thing, if you find what you are studying interesting you can make it work. I’m sure there will plenty parts that Will inevitably be boring but on the whole I think the law and it’s application is very interesting.

Grade school was tougher than I thought. & thanks to the military that got me in at age 17, I wouldn't have graduated high school. The fact that you made it into Law school means you can do it! Do it till U satisifed.
