"Spring Break Boxing" is on tap for April 19 at the Palm Beach Convention Center in Palm Beach, Florida. The ESPN2 "Wednesday Night Fights" televised card will feature Kermit "The Killer" Cintron (25-1, 23 KOs) against David Estrada (18-2, 9 KOs) with the winner becoming the #2 IBF welterweight contender.

Along with Cory Spinks, Cintron is the star attraction of the Bobby Bostick Promotions stable. Cintron was signed several months ago. "I'm sure he's going to be champion of the world," Bostick told Fightnews.com.

"Emanuel Steward is praising him saying that he's really come together in his boxing skills. He didn't realize what a great boxer this kid was and also so heavy-handed. So he has punching power and boxing skills so we're pretty excited about that. I think that Kermit will become one of the champions in the welterweight division, one of the best divisions in boxing as we speak."

This will be Cintron's second fight since coming up short in a WBO world title challenge against Antonio Margarito. He has since dismissed Francisco Parra (12- in three rounds. However, with a win against Estrada (who gave Shane Mosley a competitive match on the same pay-per-view card headlined by Cintron-Margarito), Bostick says he'll be aiming straight at the top,

"We feel like we're there," said Bostick. "We'll take on any of the top guys, De La Hoya, Shane, Vargas, Margarito and Floyd, we're not worried about that, Kermit can fight. I think that he was just thrown into the fight at the wrong time with Margarito. 24-years-old, never had an amateur background, everybody thought that he was going to do it, but he was too young and having problems with his management at that point in time.

"Now Kermit's focused. He has a new wife and new child, a new home, he's loving life and he's definitely one of the top welterweights in the world. We're going to get the belt, no doubt in our mind."

I want Estrada to win, just so we have the possibility of seeing Cintron bawl his eyes out again.
