I think Jorge Linares belongs on any potential list.

Oops. The addon where you advised no world title I overlooked.

Alfredo Angulo should be on the list.

He is going to be fighting Tsurkan later this year, that's gonna be a war, really looking forward to it.

I suppose you are using the same regulations for a prospects list as you use for a regular P4P list... With that being said I would also say that there's a few on the list that I consider "contenders" now and no longer prospects... So I guess it's up to each person.
For example I think Mares is past the prospect title and is a contender.
I can't number them cause it would be a mess to do but heres 10 that I think are the best around.

    Jean Pascal
    Tavoris Cloud
    Andre Direll
    Andre Ward
    Francisco Figueroa
    Roman Martinez
    Bernabe Concepcion
    Yuriorkis Gamboa
    Devon Alexander
    Urbano Antillon

scratch joel julio off. he fought for a title against Sergie and lost and also lost to Carlos quintana he kinda has trouble with boxers but he has a punchers chance thats it. Gamboa is working his way to the top, i just think he needs some more rounds but im not completely sold yet though.
