Lee agreed to this because it's the biggest money fight he can get and he has at least some chance of beating Chavez, although I agree about the KO to get a draw bit.
Chavez, Arum, Martinez and Di Bella have to sign an sgreement that Chavez fights Martinez after the Lee fight. Martinez already signed it. Chavez has to sign it before the Lee fight or he gets stripped and it'll be a nontitle fight
