I like Froch but if he found losing to Kessler and then Ward, both while on his feet at the end of 12 rounds, difficult to cope with, I can't imagine what being sparked out half way by a young pretender is going to do to him.

Couldn't agree more Froch getting stopped by groves? Froch has been down once in his career to Taylor, that's it.

This has been announced today. November 23rd, looking like Manchester but that hasn't been nailed down yet.

Froch: "He's got his trainer Adam Booth, who's a master tactician, as he calls himself"

"Him and his trainer, too smooth Booth, will have a plan and I'm sure he'll be running..."

    Groves: "There's no blueprint"

I've got Froch in 4 or 5 a la Bute.

Honestly I think there is a real chance Groves win this. He is technically more gifted, but he'll have to keep Froch at arms length as if he trades with Froch he'll end up on the floor.

It isn't beyond the realms of possibility though is it? Groves hits hard and Froch isn't getting any younger. Froch has also been in plenty of wars which will catch up with him the longer he fights on. It is a bold prediction, and I agree it is unlikely, but it isn't impossible by any means.

I'll be supporting Groves in this one too - underdog, younger and Froch's head tripled in size since the Kessler win. For someone that was already boring as fuck (to listen to) he is now unbearable.

Groves can out move him and has the firepower to stop Froch taking liberties... however, I still see Froch bashing the fuck out of him.

Froch let slip it's PPV. Guess they were happy with the 200,000 for Kessler. And that'll be three PPV's in 6 months.

    Thank fuck for streams.

He doesn't hit harder than Kessler though and Kessler was soundly beaten.

I'd bet Kessler hits harder than Taylor and Dirrell but one decked Froch and the other done his legs.

If you're a heavy puncher you're a heavy puncher. It's fair to assume, on the evidence we've seen so far, that Groves is a hard puncher. Doesn't mean he'll dent Froch but it wouldn't be a surprise if he did.

I think Froch wins this on points. Too strong for Groves and I don't think Groves will do much damage when he does land. Groves will realise he isn't going to win fairly early and will just concentrate on getting to the final bell.

Carl didnt do himself any favours by asking George multiple times to stand and fight and dont run. Groves quickly picked up on it cuz Degale asked aswel.

Im still picking Froch but Groves went away from that interview knowing Carl will struggle with his movement

Decent fight, but Froch has way to much for Groves,8 round TKO. Groves has not been
    anywhere near Frochs class.

The fight has been announced, Groves will run and fight defensive but it will be a beating. Man v Boy.
