I'm not too sure though, I still think that someone who stands back and boxes Jr has a good chance of beating him but Jr may be too fresh for Groves and we have seen Groves blowing out of his arse loads of times, Jr's volumes could cause him problems in the later rounds.

Groves lost to the two good fighters he fought. Banged out twice by an old Carl Froch and (in my opinion) got a gift against DeGale. Not sure why people rate Groves, he’s a European level fighter at best. Eubank might not be Andre Ward but he’ll beat Groves easily enough.
you see that is a much better post than 'Groves is shit' it encourages sensible conversation and healthy debate.

Could be interesting, although I won't be paying 2 fucking pence for it!
Eubank usually deals with cunts and hopefully this is no different. Loved it when he smashed up Blackwell and I go back to that fight regularly. O'Sullivan was another one who deserved a beating and Eubank gave it him so let’s hope this is the same again.
Same again! Another cunt dealt with

Its a 50/50 fight, great for viewers, Groves is one of the most under rated out there. He was robbed in the first Froch fight, and then made Froch £8M for the rematch, which to be fair a heavier Froch won. Great to see the tournament going on, I'm backing King George, but not with loadsamoney!

I normally read through a thread before I post but I just noticed something that may be useful to stateside people.

If you have had trouble finding these fights and don’t want to stream it seems AUD channel shows them

    Undercards too BTW

Haven't seen any of tonight's fight. I don't have to. I'm not interested. Groves beats Eubank Jr. DeGale beats Eubank Jr. Callum Smith beats Eubank Jr. any guy who can actually box a little and is not a standing target beats Eubank Jr.
    Eubank has a great engine.............and that's it!

Callum Smith beating Eubank Jr is a stretch surely.

Having see Smiths last performance, ostrich neck stuck out for someone to whack off the heads GOT style. Almost as stiff as a brick in his body movements.
Just a grade up from a tomato Can in World Champion terms.

What he can do is ride rough patches with decent pros and come back.

Eubank Jr could go the distance with smith, perhaps mess up his body for a late stoppage at best.

You are discounting the skills of Eubank Junior. His combinations are very impressive.

Just watched the fight he looks good in this one , but the opponent was a limited come forward fighter made for Eubank.
Lets see him against a mover.

Right, I've just watched it, so let's start by giving the cunt some credit.
    1. Tbf to Eubank, I think that's the best I've seen him. His jab was good and his movement was good. Hit Yildirim with some nice shots too.
    2. He's fighting away from home in a pretty hostile atmosphere and it didn't faze him one bit.
    3. He's dealt very well with an unbeaten guy and closed the show well.
    However........
    1. Yildirim was very easy to look good against . No movement, no jab, walked forward without throwing anything and when he did throw, he left himself wide open. But hey, that's not Eubank's fault, you can only beat what's in front of you.
    2. Eubank's percentage of punches landed was pretty poor.
    3. A lot of wasted energy and was allowed to take breaks and lean on regularly. A more mobile fighter wouldn't allow that.
In summary, there was definite improvement, but Groves still beats him unless he makes a few monumental mistakes and allows himself to get hit by that crude uppercut .

I think that is exactly what happens. Groves get clipped and then Junior stops him.

Doubtful. Hey first and foremost, Groves has to beat Cox next week, then we'll find out. Groves and DeGale are way too slippery for Eubank and Smith will bully him.

    Smith is not all that.

Groves gets knocked out by Eubank Junior if he wins next week.
