Spinks no question. Ruiz legitimately won his title. Spinks is a fraud and has been given not one, not two, but THREE fights now against three proud champions. Mayorga, Judah, Karmazin. He is a disgrace to the sport and a joke. Least Ruiz beat some good fighters, really better than Wladimir has beaten and look at all the hype he gets. Spinks has fairly beaten no one, cept maybe Picarillo, I didn't see those two fights.
