just like to thank everyone for there info when i got anxiety when it was time to spar.
I went last Saturday and it was a whole day dedicated to nothing but sparing and I was totally fine after first of about 1000 rounds, even though I'm bruised a bit and aching all over .
All it took was to throw myself head first back into it, finally I look forward and excited when its time to go to the gym again.
I'm going to a Thai training camp for 3 weeks this December to train aswell so that should be even better.
