Lebedev is no 4 on the world cruser rankings!
I assume Toney aint gonna make it below 200, so why would Lebedev go up to heavyweight to fight Toney?
Just baffles me!

Until then its all speculation.
Toney has been reported as having lost a lot of weight, but we'll see what he weighs in at.
