    Default heavy duty bag stand..?

I was thinking of getting one of these standshttp://www.boxfituk.com/brackets/fra...prod_1860.html and was wondering if anyone has ever used one.

I like the design and it certainly looks sturdy enough,However I wasn't sure about the front feet as they look like they might get in the way a bit...

I agree with you, that the legs would get in the way. It is best to be able to work all the way around the bag, but you have to work with what you've got, space-wise.

360 quid sounds pretty expensive for a less-than-ideal solution, and that doesn't include the bag either. A setup like this will probably only allow you to work combinations on the bag while standing in one place.

Perhaps a wall target like this would do the same thing for less money?

Good thought, my friend. I was about to buy one for my home gym until I saw them at the gym where I was training guys at the time. No point in them, even though they seem great at first.
If that is all the space you have, and you need to have something, then do it. I wanted one of those so bad for a long time, but when I finally got to see and hit one, I was not impressed.

Unfortunatly I don't think the owners will allow me to put something like that up,But I see what your saying it is a lot of money for something that isn't ideal.

Perhaps I can talk them into letting me put an eye bolt and a spring into one of the joists,It is by far the cheapest option,I'm not really sure exactly how to do it as the room has finished plaster board walls.
