At the Kings Hall, Stoke, Saturday night, Josh Groombridge of Uttoxeter stopped Scott Hillman of Eastbourne in 1 minute 14 of round one, Hillman having been on the canvas twice. The Middleweight contest was scheduled for four rounds.

Rob Fletcher (Debut)(Stoke-on-Trent) v Darren Snow (Dinnington, Yorks)

Snow is on the canvas in the last half minute of round 3 and his gum-shield comes out in round 4.

Debutant Rhasian was rather over enthusiastic! He dashed out – chasing his opponent around the ring and throwing punches rather than settling in to the boxing. He dominated the fight but gets a bloody nose in round two.
