    05 January 2009

    Olympic Physique Gym & Boxing Gym.

    Warmup - Loosen each joint individually.
    1 min - Starjumps
    1 min - Vertical Arms, Shuffle feet.
    1 min - Kickups
    1 min - Oblique&Knees
    1 min - Punch&Knees
    1 min - Footfire

    Skipping - 10 mins.
    medium pace, loose, w/back straight

    Heavybag-3 rounds
    Loose, textbook, having fun.

    Shadowboxing- 3 mins
    Loose, slow technique, getting into good habits.

    Weights
    Shoulder Frontal raises 4 sets
    Shoulder Side Raises 4 sets
    Shoulder Press 4 sets
    Rear Deltoid Deck 4 sets

    Abdomen
    Hanging Leg raises 3 sets
    Weighted reclined 3 sets
    Crunches 3 sets

    Sauna & Stretch

    Comments:
    Easing into it, not unfit at all.

    Donny,you know I have to bitch at you about the sauna,if your worried about weight,do more plio's

    Nope, saunas just a relaxant after stretching. I HATE stretching.

    Seems good, Although do you not go to a boxing gym? As you havnt got sparing in there

    That was at 6 this morning, very few partners at that time
    Olympia is both a traditional gym and a boxing gym.

    I go to a number of boxing gyms for sparring, but I will not be back sparring until next week. (I don't think.)

    We all mostly do it mate well boxers anyway, i don't do mine quite that early. But i normally do mine between 7:00/7:30 am then i sometimes go back to bed, for an hour or so have some breakfast then do some weights or ETC, then go to the boxing gym.

    Sparring - 4 x 3's

    I didn't think I'd get spars this early but I sparred Gedaminis something or other from Lithuania yesterday evening.
    I had a handy time of it although my timing was not what it should have been. I felt a little stronger after eating all Christmas

    I was posting from my Gf's laptop, it's one of the large acer multimedia ones....with the huge screen?

    The text looked huge on the screen, so I reduced the size of the text!!
