Does anyone find with a straight bar that when you do Barbell Curls. Severe pain shoots up in your forearms ? thats why i got a EZ Curl Bar awhile ago. Because it takes the strain off my forearms when i do Barbell Curls, but i was just wondering does anyone else have this problem ?
Because when i do Barbell Curls with a straight bar im out of action for atleast 2/3 days, because the pain in my forearms is quite bad. So thats why i tend to just use the EZ Curl bar a majority of the time.
