If this fight was held in an alley, or after school one day... The rules could work.
The unfortunate part of this is its supposed to be a sporting contest with 2 guys that don't trust each other as far as sportsmanship goes. Also, its boxing.. which means the promoters, the fans and the trainers are involved....
You cant have delays and such when you've sold tickets to a venue for a specific date.. The fans wont deal with it and neither will the the venue as they have other events booked.
Lastly, training a fighter is an art. You're trying to get the weight down and the athlete strength, speed, timing and other abilities to peak at the same time for the night of the fight. Too short a time and you're fighter doesn't have his edge.. To long and he over trains and wears himself out. Screwing with the day of the fight when trying to train a fighter is like trying to build a house of cards in a rowboat.
You'd have a horrible fight on your hands by 2 fighters that are far from mentally and physically prepared.

Just make Manny take true random tests. Not random but we will give you a week before the fight to take whatever the fuck you want.

Don't be discouraged by such criticisms, just continue on posting what you think is right. Just be aware that it can sometimes be brutal in this forum.
Although I find your suggestion as complicated, I don't see it as stupid at all.

don't worry, they can say whatever in english and by internet and i don't care, i have a feeling that i would care if it was in real person and in spanish, i even agree with their arguments about the stupidity of this thread now. But on my favor could be that i from the start i guessed that i had like 92% to contribute on something, not 100 hahaha.

I don't know why the insistence for a true random test without a cut-off date? If Manny agreed to Floyd's drug test demand in the first negotiation, then everyone would have been happy and I don't think you will be complaining. That drug test demand has a 14 day cut-off! Anyway, Manny already expressed that he would agree to the drug test without cut-off. So, there should not be anymore argument about this.

he doesn't care his legacy either or he doesn't want to be in a better position in the all time list, at present what i have read is lots of people saying that pacman or mayweather wouldn't have beat people like duran, hagler, leonard, hearns, jc chavez, and others, i guess this shouldn't be like this, he should be repeating those words everytime he can on the media, instead of saying that he doesn't care, it's for the fans, not for mayweather

Plus he started all this 'i'll take any test' stuff when mayweather and his trainer got into trouble with the law and a fight wouldn't have been able to be made anyway.
But any way time will tell.
I still stand by my prediction. When the ortiz fight is done pacroid will announce a new opponant so he can't fight floyd and when that fight is done floyd will have already announced his next fight and they just keep missing each other.
The fight won't happen.

They have been saying “We’ll take the blood tests” since day 1 but later on go “yes, we’ll take the tests…with X amount of cutoff weeks” or “We’ll take all the tests…the official boxing tests, not the ones Floyd is asking for” and so on.

Pacquiao can not announce a new opponent after the Mayweather-Ortiz fight because he is already scheduled to fight Marquez. Manny would not even be fighting JMM if Floyd did not go on vacation just to come back to fight Ortiz.

It's even more obvious than that, before the fight with Pac vs Mosley. TR had been trying to get Mayweather to the table and made him a Guaranteed offer of $50 Million include the test demands and of course Arum comes out and says Floyd want $100 Million. Floyd denied that he said he wanted $100 Million and then said what he said was "I could make &75-$100 Million on the back end". So really he inadvertently confirmed that he rejected the $50 Million offer before announcing he's fighting Ortiz.
I don't think were going to see these two fight until it no longer matters.
