Floyd is 33, pushing 34, just back off a long lay off and hasn't beaten anyone in their prime or in their weight class in a long time.
Manny is too hot for him now.
Manny won't be able to throw effective combos against Floyd... not like he is used to. FACT ;)
And Floyd
can let his hands go... but that's not how he boxes... but it doesn't mean that he can't... it's just not a relevant factor in this fight. I think you should read what I posted over mate ;)
What is Manny going to do to get himself in position and keep Floyd where he wants him? He can walk him down, keep on him
and throw loads of combos... it has to be one or the other... he's not going to beat mayweather by fighting mayweather's fight because mayweather is better at fighting that why and Mayweather isn't going to allow him the movement and angles that he
needs to get those combos off and keep them going.
The more I think about it the more I see Floyd shutting down most of Manny's strengths.
No his output won't be as much, but it will be significantly higher than Floyd's. If Hatton can keep up with Floyd for half a fight, then Manny can go all the way. Floyd is older now and fights more flatfooted, his upper body defence is still spot on, but he isn't as elusive, he can be tagged and is getting hit more than he used to. Not a massive amount, but punches are landing. Manny has the footwork, power and speed to cause Floyd a lot of problems. I also don't think Floyd deals as effectively with southpaws. If Zab can be up after 4 rounds, then you know Manny can be too and Manny doesn't have Zab's ADD either, so will be able to sustain it or adapt according to what Roach sees fit. I honestly think Mosley was out far too long and age caught him somewhat and that Marquez was a LW fighting a WW and was much too small. Floyd hasn't beaten someone in their prime nor weight class for years now.
It may not be significantly higher after a couple of rounds of getting whacked in the dish by a Floyd counter every time he starts an attack. JMM's output dropped somewhat after a couple of rounds of whackage.

C'Mon Milly with the boxer of the decade debtae...How could you givie it to Floyd over Manny? If anything just the nfact Floyd did not fight for the entire decade would validate it...You can't give fighter of the decade award to a guy who retired for almost 2 years then came back to fight a guy 2 weight divisions smaller.....

Would Marquez have dusted up Cotto? Would Marquez have dusted up Hatton? Would Marquez have dusted up Clottey?
Is no the answer? And yet you are so sure that 2 rounds with Floyd would be the difference between him and Manny. Get real on the boxing dammit. ;D

the Marquez that Floyd beat still beats Hatton at 140, and lets flip it
would that Clottey that fought Pacquiao have landed anything cleanly on Floyd? or would he have gotten the same one sided beating for 12 rounds?

Clottey admitted himself he could not open up because of how many npunches were coming at him...Though Floyd beats him Floyd would have countered more and not been as agressive as Manny was with him....Clottey would have gotten in more shots
Re: Where is this secret footage that shows Floyd being faster then Manny?
At LW floyd was faster, at WW he's clearly not as fast..Manny's speed has carried up with him better than floyds...But floyd is still fast (A rating) coupled with great timing will make him appear faster than Manny...
Re: Where is this secret footage that shows Floyd being faster then Manny?
pacs punch output will make him look more faster.
Re: Where is this secret footage that shows Floyd being faster then Manny?
Whoever is faster there's no telling that i love both fighters. I hated pbf only because of his fans but i liked the science he showcases in the ring. Who wouldn't love the shoulder roll he perfectly executes, his crisp accuracy and his brilliant ring generalship? And who would'nt love pac's ferocity, fast hands and killer instinct? Both fighters gives boxing the best entertainment that any fan, casual or hardcore, can enjoy and appreciate. Why hate on pac mnmc10? When you post to save your boy, pbf's ass, it seems that as if he has no flaws. Every boxer has his own flaws, ain't no boxer is perfect even with a perfect record and everyone has his own criticism. Ask the most knowledgeable posters here if they really appreciate calzaghe with his immaculate record as high as his nuthugging fans. Or valero's record.(May he R.I.P.) Remember, no boxer is worth hating in boxing forums, it's just a waste of anyone's time. Though admittedly, it's worth the entertainment of some who see flomos and pactards and jmmorons throw mud at each other, spectator wise. But in reality, if you appreciate boxing, you must also appreciate your hero's greatest rival. And on that scenario, it's clearly pac. Pac really did something to reach this heights. Does he deserve to be on the sme pedestal as mayweather? What do you think mnmc10? (Wtf does that name mean? Bored to think of a nice poster name? It's as if you just typed: tic-tic-tac-tac! Ok that's my name! Ho-Hum...???)

are you on drugs or something? i've been labeled a pac nuthugger from day one. since you pretty much aimed a red dot on my forehead. i suggest you backtrack on my past posts and see if i disrespect any boxer.

wtf? seriously?
Re: Where is this secret footage that shows Floyd being faster then Manny?
as far as pure hand speed, yeah pac man throws a bit faster, but mayweather has amazing timing AND great hand speed, which gives him an advantage
Re: Where is this secret footage that shows Floyd being faster then Manny?
1 punch per se Floyd a bit faster.

Where the fuck did you get the info that manny wanted to quit in the agapito sanchez match? Isn't it the otherway around? Didn't sanchez resorted to dirty tactics just to stay away from pac? Didn't you see pac angry with his tactics that he pounded his gloves because he wanted to beat the shit out of agapito even though with an injured knee, his face bleeding from an elbow etc..I bet you didn't see that fight and only saw haters post that shit and so you imitated that shit. Just as long as you can't provide proof pac wanted to quit that match, then you're disrespecting him as well, because you're spreading lies just to discredit him.
And yeah i wanna know the meaning of your name mnmc10! Just wondering why you didn't chose "qwerty 123" as a name or something..

And no i'm not in to drugs. Just maryjane. I consider it herbal medicine with no therapeutic claims.

im baffled as to why im getting so much attention from you. first you thought that i hate pac, heck im a filipino even more i like pac. 2nd i dont like pbf over pac. but i do believe that pbf will whoop pacs arse simply cause he is a perfect opponent skillwise.
you got it all wrong pothead!
and yes i do think pac only looks faster cause of his workrate.
and just to satisfy your curiosity, my nick is my X girlfriends initials (may she rest in peace). making fun of others nick is pretty lame!
