It depends what you mean by "get involved", doesn't it? If "getting involved" means bombing another country to buggery and invading with hundreds of thousands of troops then I'm guessing that most countries would offer a violent reaction to that sort of "involvement." Especially, say, a country that contains the second-largest oil reserve in a region that's seen a century of imperial invasions and manipulations due to their oil reserves.
