Every major economy is after cheap labour. Or at least the businesses that back the governments of every major economy want cheap labour. It's a net positive to the economy to let these people in although the positive bit all goes to the top 1% and the negatives all go to the population at large, competition for jobs, housing, school places and medical care etc.

Just the fact we are skimming off all the better health care workers from third world countries who need them more than we do in those over populated areas, is a tragedy and unjust.Aside from making local employment more difficult in the areas they turn up in.
Now they want to over populate us too,I dont get how they think it is sustainable,locally or globally. They are pulling down homes here to build larger roads into the cities and they are destroying our only local farmland just out of the city to create new housing for the new arrivals. The whole thing is a form of madness. I hate Chinese fruit and veg half of it is dry and never ripens so now they can it and send it,I hate their stupid tools that snap off and furniture that breaks down early. I recon their food imports have got all the agricultural chemicals in them that we banned years ago I know they have, cause they've killed all their bees via over use of chemical sprays and now use cheap labor to hand pollinate their shitty peaches and pears off ladders.
:mad: we are even getting their polluted sea food in cheap cans and we export our clean products off to Japan and other more wealthy places :mad:.

I feel this small Country of ours is over populated,! we are building on flood planes, the country
side is disappearing, under concrete and roads.!
This small island will be full to bursting point, we as a nation should grow more of our own food,

London isn't overrun by 29 million Romanians and Bulgarians, but council housing has been flogged to developers for overseas markets and it's a fact that immigration has not been controlled whatsoever. Brock got carried away in his estimations considering that the number is something akin to the entire populations of those countries, but still the immigration has been significant and unofficially it must be something horrendous.
You ruin the harmony of a country when all the young leave as they cannot make it at home and then in turn you allow in lots of immigrants who in turn don't like the host country so much except as a place to pool some cash. Then you have people coming in working for less, some even turning radical, and then you find you don't have a sane country anymore. Europe is a mess and it is because countries lost the ability to control borders and maintain a sense of community.
Now will lessons be learned or will Europe become militarised and bizarre like the US? I think we know the answer. The economy and the useful excuse of terrorism now ushers in totalitarianism.

Have I ever supported the dismantling of the NHS? I simply advocate controlled borders like most countries in the world do. The NHS should never ever go and anyone who advocates as much needs shooting down at the ballot box and that is seemingly now UKIP, Labour, Lib Dem and Tory. Anyone involved in PFI's or the selling off of government contracts has committed high treason, no qualms with anyone on that score. Of course it doesn't matter what they say, it's already done. Was the mail service on the last agenda? Nope, and still that went. It's all being flogged off regardless of election based hot air. How is Farage going to destroy the UK anyway? Haven't Labour and Tory already done that? It is likely to be another establishment coalition regardless and if Farage wants to add a sparkler to the firework display, then shame on anyone that accepts the loss of the NHS. Yes Labour were anti immigration, the simple facts are the workers pay into a system tax national
insurance, to fund the NHS myself and my parents have contributed over a long period of time.
The benefits are for people that are native to the country, you simple can't give health care to migrants
that have paid into the system for 5 minutes.
When immigration is left unchecked as we have now, NHS is at braking point we can't house our own
never mind more immigrants, schools are full local authority are cutting services, but more people
still keep on coming. We have to STOP giving money and benefits and housing to immigrants, unless
they can fund themselves, no benefits or NHS treatment for the 3 years.
Harsh as it may seem our system WAS set up for US, not to be given in a free for all buffet, it pisses
me off when I am paying for it, when I need the buffet all the plates are empty and I have paid for
it, lets face it we are not a Charity.

I can't see the point of immigration, when your own population needs employment it's a no brainier
see to the native population FIRST , housing, health care, jobs , with a large influx of immigrant
workers that drive down wages, what benefit to the British work none, only to the employers.
In my area most of the factory's employ immigrant workers, this is of no benefit to the locals most
of the people I talk to despise them, it may seem harsh but that's what they say .
One week you have job, next week you have lost your job and replaced with immigrant workers,
it's not rocket science they resent immigrant's because they have cost them there jobs a simple
fact if they were not here they would still have a job.:(

It's the kinds of views espoused by Dia that affect me the most. How can you neglect your own working classes? Firstly, by closing down industry to overseas production and then by giving the remaining service based jobs to immigrants from poor countries! A double kick in the face in a country where social mobility is a myth. What about the poor from home? Did they not deserve to work in a factory or to sell things at a living wage and instead shunted got away on benefits because they were surplus to requirements? It was a double whammy and all this stuff about people not wanting to work. Nobody wants to work! You do it to survive, but you cannot survive on zero hours contracts, or working full time for benefits, or by making the poor spend all their money on indirect taxes. Why should you compete with Romanians, Americans or anyone? What is immigration needed for exactly? To work in coffe shops that don't pay their corporate taxes nor a living wage! Boot the fricking coffee shops!
All I see from afar is some kind of twisted ethnic cleansing programme with people being kicked out of their own communities for the sake of property developers that sell to the overseas rich and in turn they want their sandwiches prepared by the cheapest immigrants possible. We use to do backups in data centers about 3 hours of a shift, but thanks to technology something called cilos- machines do it, and never fuck up...how in the hell do U get that job back? We've gone from computation to automation..we don't.

I went for an interview for their data center in Green Bay last year- and get this..they have a 3 day rotation 12 hour, switching mon-wed, then 2 weeks later thur-sat rotate every other sunday..so when the shit is added up, you don't work 52 weeks a year..its like 42 weeks a year. WHY? Why fuck up a person's sleep pattern just to fuck over 10 weeks of their pay?
& the programmers? Pulleeeaze. A position called project management has been created to do what they call metrics- so that if they see a 40 hour work week employee @ 52 weeks a year actually working 52 weeks a year??
Then they ELIMINATE THE FULL TIME POSITION bring in a temp agency- and call it a CONTRACT position for 8-10 months...in other words bon voyage to the full time worker.
& the biggest printers in our region , relocated 1/2 of their binderies to Mexico..Yup Sports Illustrated to People magazine printed in a country that cant even read the shit...meanwhile Democratic politicians push for more check into cash payday loans- interest rates that would make President Andrew Jackson rise from the grave.. & shoot a muthajumpa..or two..
End result: Americans are told the reasons for this fucked up scenario is philosophy- so we are hating the living shit outta each other in the name of liberalism & conservatism..
and by the time we realize it, everything would have been outsourced leaving us with nothing but food stamps & pantries.
