well guys i went and train with him we work on the jab doubling them up and we did alot of road work that was most of the training. Thanks You All Where Right Train With The Best Then You Be The Best He Said Somthing To Me Today That Every Min Your Not Training Theres Someone That Is Training To Kick Your Ass And Thats The Truth. HE RAN WITH ME AND WE ALSO WORK ON JABS AND FOOTWORK WE STARTED AT 3AM AND FINSHED AT 2:30PM.
Glad ya got to training. Just a thought here Andrew. You should try to keep your posts in this section to the same thread. That way you can keep track of your progress over time.

ya your posts will still go up if you post in here...I'm just talking training related stuff. If you have a look at some of the other logs people keep strictly about training you'll see it is a day to day or week to week thing.
Not saying don't post elsewhere...just talking about your training stuff.
I find it helps me look at my own training log and see how I am coming along and in whattime frame.

Good stuff Andrew sounds like one hell of a long workout, didn't realise you boxers trained so hard.
Also great that this guy is willing to invest so much time for free as well, sounds like a really nice bloke and someone you definitely want in your corner.
I hope it works out well for you mate, and like Youngblood says if you keep all your posts together we'll all be able to follow your progress better.
It might be a good idea to create a blog, it's easy to do and if you look at Sharla's profile she did much the same. An aspiring amatuer boxer she records her training in her blog section which keeps it all together.
I'll link you to her profile so you can see how she's done it.
Then you can keep a decent training record on here, even adding pictures and video's if you want.

He was getting him in to a boot camp mentality,I dont work that way,but some guys do,if it gets him in to round,well then the job worked
I think I'd operate well in those cirtcumstances.
i did train for 12hrs theres lot to learn ans so lil time to do it in i have a fight aug 9th to defend my title
Well It's just with 12 hrs. your likely to overtrain and cause mental fatigue.
well from the last to days we only trained for 4hrs i cuz he was trying to teach me if i fuck up then i go back to 12hrs he is a hard ass

Don't kill yourself Andrew, you don't need to train for hours and hours, it's not a case of 'more = better results'. your training needs to be focused and measured and you need adequate rest and recovery to develop.
All of that aside your body is going to focus at no where near it's best at 3am!!! ;)
i dont why we trained for 12hrs cuz the last 2days we only trained for 4hrs
