Nonito Donaire Jr. Says He Can Definitely Knockout Darchinyan Again

"Fighting him the way he's fighting now, I think I will have an easier time against Darchinyan if we fought again. I believe I am a lot faster than him; I'm a lot stronger than him. He does have heavy hands, but it's not like a one-punch knockout that I have. I think I can definitely knock him out again."

Nonito should be concentrating more on martinez at the moment, that is no gimme fight.
Yes Nonito is faster than Vic, and more skilled but no way in hell has he got more power. Yes he KO'd Vic, but Ottke KO'd Mundine, even powderpuff fighters can get big KO's if they land perfectly. It probably had more to do with Vic leaving imself completely open and having a dodgy chin than brute power.

I would like to see Nonito knock out vic again so I can hear vic telling the commentator that he was not knocked out. Does anyone remember what vic said after the fight? LMAO what a dork.

Yeah that was funny and embarrassing. I remember shannan Taylor doing the same v Mosely. His corner was like are u ok after the knock down, and Shannan said what are u talking about he didnt even hit me....

Its funny he should say that, cos almost all boxing experts, commentators and fans have noted that Vic has slightly improved his defense. I guess they are all wrong and Nonito is right. Still think he should be worrying about Martinez and not living in the past. When is he gonna stop living off that one win?

So do I but he needs to get on the mend, he is always injured and hasn't fought since breaking his hand. I think Mijares fought Vic all wrong and should have used his feet more and not have been so stubborn and stood in there when his shots weren't having much of an effect. If Nonito stuck to the outside imo there is little Vic has done to show that he can beat Nonito even with the two wins.

Well...to be fair...for those who haven't seen the fight and now think that Donaire dominated Vic...he didn't...the ko was in the fifth rnd and to this point it was even with both fighter winning two rnds...

Any Donaire fans & Haters need to read this long debate. This is my Prediction for the 1st Donaire-Dachinyan fight.

This fight is up in the air imo, vic hits hard enough to change any fight and donaire has been in with him knows what to already expect and is a better boxer, i'd choose vic simply because he's on my fantasy thing but who knows for sure......i doubt we'll ever find out though, the rematch should have happened right after the first fight vic doesn't need this fight to redeem himself anymore. Sucks cause i'd love to see this scap. I think vic has learned tons since they fought last..

Yes it was funny but I thought that was one of the most disrespectful post-fight conferences. Nonito was being classy and Vic tried to act like it was nothing. He made Vic look like an idiot yet he had the balls to say he wasn't hurt...

Nope! Donaire can make his own Path. He already has his Bragging rights over Dachi. Donaire is about to inherit al least half Millions of the Pinoy Pacfans once Pac retires.

No matter how Dachi act like a bully he cannot take that Embarrassing defeat in his mind. It will always be there & The Media will keep on bugging him about the rematch.

Donaire can make his own Path. He can fight Mijares & Arce & be more impressive than what Darch did. Donaire is the younger & the more naturally Bigger Fighter so he has more of a chance to be succcessfull in the higher weight classes.

Ask Darch how many Armenians can he bring to the stadium. I'm sure Donaire can Double that with his future Pinoy Followers after few more impressive wins

I agree Darchi improved his game after his loss and knockdowns suffered but I think it will not be enough to topple Donaire... Donaire has more skills, has longer range/reach, more/equal power, more technical, younger, taller and the bigger boxer... Donaire has lots of advantages over Darchi...

It's much better for Darchinyan to duck Donaire... Anyway Donaire doesn't need Darchi... He already owned him bigtime...
