Severe Fecal Impaction = LESS THAN 1 bowel movement/day

Your intestines are severely impacted with fecal matter if you do not move your bowels at least once per day. I know some people who swear to me that they move their bowels once every 3 or 4 days. Well that is severe constipation and definitely leads to diseases. Let's think about this for a minute. You eat breakfast lunch and dinner every day for the most part plus snacks in between. If you are not moving your bowels except for every 3 or 4 days that means that you are accumulating in your intestines up to 12 Meals worth of food before you have a bowel movement. That is absolutely horrid and disgusting. Your breakfast lunch and dinner from the previous day should be completely evacuated by the middle of the following day or that evening at the latest. If you are having a bowel movement on a Sunday morning and then eating 3 meals a day for Sunday and Monday and Tuesday and not having a bowel movement again until Wednesday or Thursday that is severe shit impaction of the intestines.

It is an important topic and one people don't like to talk about. I agree, once a day, maybe more is healthy. If you are not pooing then goodness knows what you are eating. Must be getting very little fiber in a diet like that and the distended guts must look and feel awful. Get your fruits and veggies, it doesn't even need to be that much. I add chia seeds, banana, berries, yogurt, and almonds for the fiber kick in my morning smoothie. At least 10 grammes in a big smoothie like that.
