I am not sure what he is meant to have achieved, Brock. I watched the clip, but it was things like the stock market being high and deregulating finance even further. I am not sure how those can be considered achievements. How has he quantifiably improved the quality of your life? Unless you are in the 1% how are any of these things of any tangible benefit to you?

GDP is moving in the right direction 1.2 in the first quarter and 3.0 in the second quarter.

If no wall is built he'll have to endure the consequences of a base which would no longer trust him. I make the assumption that re-election is something he values ergo there will be A wall at some point in the future. In these technological times, there's better/ more effective ways to curb illegal immigration from a bordering country than to build another Great Wall. I've seen so many cartoonish spoofs on this Great Wall, it's amazing. It's a humongous, outlandish expenditure..... and hence Trump's OTHER shouted campaign promise: "The Mexicans are going to pay for it." ;D ;D

If you were to tax western union money transfers leaving the country for Mexico Mexico will pay for it.

Tito I will explain this again ...Mexico will pay for the wall. That doesn't mean they're going to hand cash to the United States to pay for it. It means the balance of payments deficit will be adjusted from our side to match the cost of the wall. There is a trade deficit of something like 80 billion dollars with Mexico right now. The wall is only going to cost about 5 billion at the most. we will just write down five billion dollars worth of accounts payables to Mexico. That is exactly the same thing as Mexico paying for the wall. they are not handing cash to us that is simply semantics. Mexico is going to pay for the wall. Trust me.

Reagan put up taxes on low/middle income people and cut business/corporate taxes, telling Americans that this would result in supercharged economic growth that would shower them all with broadly shared prosperity. JFK's tax cut was done when tax cuts are supposed to be made -- at the start of a recession. That's been standard economic practice since the Depression. They're supposed to be kept for times when you need them, not when you're in the middle of an economic expansion and there's still a deficit.
