    I think no. 3 P4P ranking is just right for Joe... His performance against B-Hop doesn't merit any higher ranking than no. 3 ...

    Joe was previously ranked no.5 and since he "beat" (?) BHop (previously ranked no. 4), it should be normal that Joe jumped above BHop... No. 4 or at most no. 3 is OK...

    Of course, I respect your opinion that Joe doesn't really belong in the top 10 P4P... This one is Ring Mag's rankings...
