At least from clips it seems Roy works his left hook more than anything when he trains, its his money punch, a lot of people don't know this, but he didn't really master that straight right cross until he was in the LHW division. OR at least he didn't throw it that much until then when guys were too tall to get off that leaping left hook effectively.

If not the most pop, then the most speed. Remember his lightening fast lead left hooks (instead of jabs)? Take a look at the huge difference there is from his left bicep to his right in the first image.. Lol it's pretty dramatic. I'm guessing that has alot to do with it.

RJJ's physique at this age is pretty serious! (Hopkins too!) Calzaghe is also pretty cut up too. Both men are in shape and ready to go!

i was thinking the exact same thing
