Hey Scrap, I'm curious in what do you mean by "opposite biomechanics". Is this something that all athletes should work on?

Chris, its a thing you see in most gyms Shadow Spar Skip Bag Ground work day in Day out. You look at the Kids and you see Boredom and no thought or interest in pretty much everything they do. Its about bringing there awareness levels up and creating a Spark. Doing things that makes the Body and Mind receptive to correct Biomechanical ajustments, Fun things, where the Kid says to you Fuck me give us a week and Ill do that, because I see where that will take me the joy on there faces. We did something last week two Kids one 30 the other 19. Two medicine Balls each both standing on them, pushing the Balls with there feet and racing each other across the Ring. Now at first they were landing on there arses, but realised there Speed response and concentration levels plus Balance and Posture and receptive response was getting better. After 30 mins they were Fucked. Next day I was 20 mins late unusual for me, I entered the Gym and guess what I found them doing with Big smiles on there Faces.

That's interesting Scrap. Give them something fresh to get their mind's into, and when their bodies get used to it they gain a lot more awareness and understanding.

Chris, theres loads of them, you get a Kid who no matter what leans with His Punches how to stop it. Easy get knee pads and put them on then just Shadow Box on His Knees. Shuffling about back and forth side to side throwing shots, He wont lean or He will fall on His Face do it for 3 rds then feel your posture. Ill try and put someone doing it up it gets results. another for the same problem, get a fit ball. Back to the wall pressing against the Ball at shoulder Height you can go about 9 inch either way role up and down. But as soon as you lean or take the pressure of the Ball it Drops, you soon get the hang of it

That's interesting stuff Scrap. I think it speaks a lot of how adaptable our bodies actually are, and why a broad range of exercises and techniques can be beneficial to just about any sport, beyond just muscle confusion to avoid plateau.

Another one with a75mm fit ball neel on top of it and Shadow Box, really sharpens your reflexes up knees about 18ins wide and press in the Ball with your Knees. When you get it try it with your eyes Shut for Feel. Do it in the ring for Safety, as you are sure to fall off plus its great for a weak groin and it works the lower Back and Abs.

Also while on the last one, get near the ropes with your Hand on the top rope. Now start bouncing with your knees on the Ball, then jump and stand on the Ball very explosive. You will fall arse over Tit a few times, but with the Hand on the Ropes its pretty safe, great for explosive Balance and Speed. Another one whose ever tried punching a Fit Ball against a Wall and keeping it up it takes Speed and good Technique and fast Feet .

Is the ball 75 mm? I didn't know that they made fit ball's that small.

While on the 3ft one a nice thing to try is, lay on the top of it a lift your arms and feet of the floor and stomach on the Ball and Balance while slightly Rocking side to side. Its a good little Corr number, you can spread the Arms and Legs to balance good for the Psossa and upper Abs and does wonders for the Hamstrings . make sure you stretch them after. Theres one thats even better with 4 balls but it takes a lot of Corr strength to even try it its one of them

You ought to come out with a little book, Fun with Fitness Balls and You. I guess with 4 balls you'd have your arms and legs spread out, with hands and feet on top the ball. All the while keeping your stomach off of the ground. Would there be any movement in this, or do you just have to hold that position like a stretch?

I do it with a few Triathletes I have worked with. You do the or imitate the Breaststroke everything is getting used easy its not and it takes good coardination, elbows and Knees on the Balls
