Another one with a75mm fit ball neel on top of it and Shadow Box, really sharpens your reflexes up knees about 18ins wide and press in the Ball with your Knees. When you get it try it with your eyes Shut for Feel. Do it in the ring for Safety, as you are sure to fall off
plus its great for a weak groin and it works the lower Back and Abs.
