i voted lopez by decision but it's more like wishful thinking. i'm picturing a scenario where once they'd tasted each other's power they'd become more wary leading to more a tactical fight. i hope lopez can get in his early licks coz am really a fan of juanma but then gamboa is really looking very strong and faster at this stage, so it's just wishful thinking. lol

I made a mistake. Gamboa had an amateur record of over 400 fights and 2 loses, not 250 fights.

What's your source? His bio on BoxRec says 250, and lists 4 individual losses, but doesn't say whether that's all of them. Still, I concede, about as spectacular an amateur record as you can get!

Well then is over 400 mateur fights and only 4 defeats , here look , they said it on espn and I'm sorry I thought it was only 2 defeats , but like you said still a great amateur career. Here is the video where they said over 400 amateur fights : 1 minute and 45 sec in the video
