I made a mistake. Gamboa had an amateur record of over 400 fights and 2 loses, not 250 fights.

This fight could be something special. Both have all the tools. I'm going to vote a draw, not because I'm confident that it'll go the distance, but because I simply cannot pick. Both are very capable of knocking out the other. I'm not sure that the Mtagwa fights were as good indications as some think, as Gamboa vs Mtagwa was later and he was perfect pickings for Gamboa's style.
Gamboa; bet the farm on it. He will straight out clubber lang Lopez into oblivion
i voted lopez by decision but it's more like wishful thinking. i'm picturing a scenario where once they'd tasted each other's power they'd become more wary leading to more a tactical fight. i hope lopez can get in his early licks coz am really a fan of juanma but then gamboa is really looking very strong and faster at this stage, so it's just wishful thinking. lol
Here's the BoxRec bio with four losses documented: Yuriorkis Gamboa - Boxrec Boxing Encyclopaedia One loss was an injury...
Here's his wiki. Shows that he at least 3 losses, as it documents 1 silver , and 2 bronze medals in his medal counts: Yuriorkis Gamboa - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Again, point taken that he had a spectacular amateur career miles ahead of Juanma's, but just trying to be accurate...

Well then is over 400 mateur fights and only 4 defeats , here look , they said it on espn and I'm sorry I thought it was only 2 defeats , but like you said still a great amateur career. Here is the video where they said over 400 amateur fights : 1 minute and 45 sec in the video
