If you read any book on the subject on consult anybody with an ounce of knowledge they will tell you that will power has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with it and that will power cannot prevail long term.

I'm not talking about everybody, some people just need to get of their ass stop stuffing their faces and do some exercise, and are completely able to do that if they could be bothered. Others cannot do this. There are actualy things called eating disorders

Can you 'Will power' away a physical issue? If you broke your leg could will power make it better? So why would you think it's any different with a mental injury/disorder or whatever you want to call it.

Trust me, a more disciplined, organized and rational person than me you will not find. I can say to "No" to smoking, drinking gambling, fucking other woman and I can manage a UK business turning over 50 million pounds, but I cannot regulte what eat.
I wasn't being critical of you Big H, only stating what's worked for me, if you have an eating disorder, then my bad for suggesting that you could use will power to overcome it.
