Still, considering the Bush years are still in recent memory, it is scary to see the overall vote almost neck and neck. This is a loony party that a lot of peculiar people are still voting for in swathes.
It is shocking really. And I think those sentiments are pretty much everywhere and have been for a while. "HOW IN THE FUCK IS THIS EVEN CLOSE?"

And it's a problem. The Dems need a rational argument against them.
