Obviously he still has to prove himself as elite, and well he can only beat who'll get in the ring with him. from all accounts sturm wasn't to fond of getting in the ring, nor is degale. I do think he'd be less effective at 168 and id make him underdog to the top 2 or 3 guys there, but he'd be a live dog, but with his body he really should stay at 160.
